Mentor Program

When you look back over your career, we're sure you can identify one person who helped guide your path or someone that you could contact whenever you had a question or challenge. OneCoast feels it's important that you have a peer whenever you have a question or a challenging day.

OneCoast has established a mentoring program which assigns an experienced Territory Manager to a newly hired Territory Manager. The Mentor was selected by a Sales Manager as someone who understands the business, excels in building relationships with customers and vendors, overcomes obstacles, and wants to assist colleagues.

This is just another way that OneCoast ensures the success of a newly hired Territory Manager.
