OneCoast UniversityOneCoast has created a yearlong program to further improve the selling skills and tools of its sales team, including its sales managers, called OneCoast University. We are the only sales and marketing team in our industry to institute such a program. The program is structured to train OneCoast reps on different sets of selling skills, including territory planning, pre-call planning and in-store selling skills. In addition to skills training, OneCoast will provide reps with better tools to more effectively sell and service their accounts. Feedback from vendors on our training program has been terrific. "Implementing this special sales training program further demonstrates that OneCoast is in a class by itself. And we see higher results," said Betsy Harrington, Senior Vice President of Sales at Woodstock Percussion. In addition, OneCoast invests heavily in product training so that its salespeople can most effectively and consistently present product lines to their customers.
