OneCoast National Division One (ND ONE) sells and services independent & national stores in all 50 states. ND ONE represents a focused number of leading product lines in the gift & lifestyle industries. For more than 30 years, OneCoast has helped vendors increase their business significantly.
- OneCoast ND ONE is comprised of 81 Territory Managers and 5 Regional Sales Managers.
- OneCoast ND ONE lines are featured throughout the major market centers in OneCoast showrooms including Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and more.

Chad excelled in home and gift sales within the industry for about six and a half years before bringing his fifteen plus years of service-based sales and management to the OneCoast Sales Manager position. He was named "2005 OneCoast Territory Manager of the Year" in early 2006. Chad’s focus is toward the development of the Southeast sales team, thus leading to team growth attributable to increased product knowledge, defined sales goals and sales team follow-through. Chad has a BS in Communications from the University of Nebraska and enjoys motivating others to achieve their personal best.

Cathy joined OneCoast in the summer of 2008 as the Central Regional Sales Manager with National Division ONE. She has 20 years of management experience in the gift industry, as well as 11 years experience as a Buyer at a high-end men's & women's specialty store chain.
Cathy enjoys snow skiing and motorcycle riding with her husband (39 years), 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Gina joined Onecoast in October of 2009 as the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast. Gina has spent over 20 years in the Apparel and gift industries. Most recently as a National Account manager for TY Inc. Prior to her career in sales and sales management, Gina held a buying position for a Northeast regional chain.

Michael began his retail management and buying career with L.S.Ayres & Co in Indiana. Later he joined the Polo/Ralph Lauren Corporation and for ten years operated various retail locations throughout the U.S. In 1996, Michael joined Silvestri, a wholesale gift and seasonal company. During ten years with Silvestri Michael held positions in sales, as Southeast Regional Sales Manager, and Eastern Regional Sales Manager.
Michael resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Ann has 16 years experience in the Gift and Toy Markets. She sold POGs from the World Pog Federation, helped launch SpinMaster Toys to the specialty market before they went to mass market as a significant toy manufacturer, and worked for Joan Baker Designs to help launch a second brand of product, sold to National Key Accounts, Chain Stores and Catalog Companies, and also grew the inspirational market significantly.
At Gregg Gift Company, a company that specializes in Christian products, she pioneered the gift market channel and significantly grew their sales prior to its being purchased by Enesco three years ago.
In 2002, she founded the Gift Sales Manager Association with the purpose of combining the efforts of other Sales Managers in the industry to network and learn from each other on how to manage independent Sales Representatives more effectively, how to drive sales volumes, how to increase revenue and become better overall managers and be a more professional group representing the gift market.
She worked for Bestever Plush as Inspirational Market Sales Manager and Key Account Sales Manager for two years and grew their business with some leading Key Accounts nationally doing custom product development and also developed the Inspirational Market Channel and product release.
From 2005 to 2008, she worked as Western Regional Sales Manager for Ty, Inc. She managed the entire West Coast encompassing 15 states and 52 Employee Sales Representatives with a multi-million dollar business. She helped them to develop alternative channels of doing business to increase sales. She was named Regional Manger of the Year in 2006 and 2007, and received the honor of Region of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Most recently, Ann led a team of Inside Sales Account Executives that sold to Wineries, Wine Shops and Liquor Stores throughout the U.S. for Epic Products, Inc. Epic specializes in Wine-related accessories and gifts. She pioneered their sales efforts into the Gift Market Channel in 2008.
Ann manages the 12 Western States, which includes 19 separate Territories. She has been with OneCoast for less than one year.

Nora Chapman joined OneCoast in July 2007 as the SE Regional Sales Manager with the National Division. Her previous experience includes sixteen years with the Limited Stores, where she managed the company's largest volume district in Northern Va. and earned numerous sales management awards She began her career in the wholesale gift industry in 2000, with Silvestri where she was the National Sales Manager. She was named National Sales Manager of ND1 in 2009 with the primary responsibility of driving Mud Pie and Lindsay Phillips sales nationwide. Most recently, Nora was named ND1 Vice President. She is responsible for managing the Customer Care Team in Pittsburgh, show sales and showroom personnel, and hiring and recruiting. She is a member of OneCoast's Sales Leadership Team and serves on the faculty of OneCoast University. In addition, she is the relationship manager of Mud Pie and Lindsay Phillips. Nora resides in Orlando with her husband, Kevin.
