Sales Management

Our Sales Management team is primarily responsible for ensuring that the sales goals for their divisions and regions are met or exceeded. The sales managers are often accomplished salespeople who have demonstrated strong leadership skills and management capabilities. Many of our sales managers were top sales people themselves, so they have an intimate knowledge of working with independent retailers to help them grow sales. Our sales managers also receive considerable skills training so that they can better teach and lead their teams of territory managers to increased sales and a higher level of service.

OneCoast's sales management team plays a primary role in educating and motivating our territory managers. Our sales managers are an integral part of OneCoast University, OneCoast's unique training program for its entire sales team. Sales Managers frequently teach the first level of OneCoast University, a week long course for all new national and regional territory managers. All sales managers participate in Sales Management 200, a multi-day advanced curriculum.
