OneCoast is the only agency with a national telesales and customer support organization, called OneCoast Customer Care.
The Customer Care team, based in Pittsburgh, plays several roles to support the sales growth of our vendor partners.
- Customer Care is another resource, along with our territory managers, to interact with our retail customers. The Customer Care team will contact retailers to tell them about product specials, invite them to our showrooms or provide additional product information Customer Care also looks for new retail customers for our vendors.
- Customer Care teams with our territory managers to provide more extensive coverage of our sales territories. A teaming approach ensures more frequent and consistent interaction with retailers.
- Customer Care provides customer service functions for our retailers. They may follow up on an order or provide additional product or pricing information.
