1.A No-Brainer or a Superstar? Improving Rep and Retailer Relations

I'd like to ask all of you to pull out a sheet of paper and make a list of the traits of sales reps, both the great ones and average ones. It occurs to me that these traits can be separated into three buckets: no-brainer, value-added, or super-stardom. Whether before, during, or after a meeting, these activities a rep does can make a big difference for me and my business.
