Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.onecoast.com and any related websites, applications, or services operated by OneCoast, LLC (“OneCoast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.
About OneCoast
OneCoast is a sales representative agency that markets and represents brands to retailers and wholesale buyers. OneCoast is not the manufacturer, seller, or merchant of record for products displayed on the Site. All orders, warranties, defects, recalls, and fulfillment obligations are handled by the applicable brands or manufacturers.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account and provide accurate business information, including resale certificates or tax identification. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity conducted through your account. OneCoast may approve, deny, or revoke access at its discretion.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
All text, images, product photographs, descriptions, logos, graphics, layouts, videos, and other materials displayed on the Site (“Content”) are owned by OneCoast, the brands represented by OneCoast, or third-party licensors. The Content is provided for browsing, ordering, and informational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works without written permission from OneCoast or the applicable rights owner.
User-Generated Content (Future Use)
The Site does not currently permit users to upload reviews, comments, or other user-generated content (“UGC”). If UGC functionality is introduced in the future, these Terms will automatically apply. Any future UGC must be lawful and appropriate for a professional wholesale environment. OneCoast reserves the right to remove or restrict UGC at any time.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site in a manner that harms OneCoast, interferes with operations, or violates applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Scraping, harvesting, or mining data or product information
- Using bots, spiders, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Site
- Circumventing authentication or security mechanisms
- Reverse engineering or modifying any part of the Site
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access
- Interfering with Site performance or network operations
- Impersonating OneCoast staff or misrepresenting your identity
- Using images, product descriptions, or digital assets without permission
- Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior
OneCoast may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Product Information and Third-Party Responsibilities
Product information displayed on the Site—including pricing, descriptions, images, and availability—is provided by the brands OneCoast represents. OneCoast does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of this information. All orders, returns, replacements, and product-related customer service matters must be handled directly with the applicable manufacturer or seller.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links to external websites or services. OneCoast is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.

Security

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCoast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. OneCoast’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Where limitations are not permitted by law, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneCoast and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Arbitration will occur solely on an individual basis.
No Class Actions
You agree that disputes must be brought only in your individual capacity, and you waive the right to participate in or initiate any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Waiver of Jury Trial
You and OneCoast waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding related to these Terms.
Opt-Out of Arbitration
If you do not wish to be bound by the arbitration and class-action waiver, you must notify OneCoast in writing within 30 days of your first use of the Site.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where arbitration applies, all disputes must be brought in courts located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Changes to These Terms
OneCoast may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
