Two OneCoast Sales Representatives Win Regional Sales Representative of the Year

Retailer Excellence Awards

The annual Retailer Excellence Awards (REAs), hosted by Gifts & Decorative Accessories, recognized five outstanding salespeople with regional Sales Representative of the Year awards. OneCoast is very proud to announce that three Sales Representatives were nominated for awards, and two of our very own were voted winners of the regional Sales Representative of the Year awards. This year's ceremony in Dallas celebrated the achievements of reps who go the extra mile to support their retail partners.

 

"These reps are more than just salespeople," said Lenise Willis, editor-in-chief of Gifts & Decorative Accessories in the "5 Sales Representatives Named Best in the Country | 2024 Retailer Excellence Award" article. "They build relationships and become part of the store's team." Their dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and we are proud to have them as part of our team.

 

The Regional Sales Representative of the Year winners include:

West:

Annie Nichols of OneCoast is known for her regular store visits, strong relationships, and willingness to volunteer at special events. Her personal touch and positive attitude make her stand out.

Northeast:

Sydney Woern of OneCoast, a shining example of professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to building trust with retailers, was praised for her unique qualities that set her apart in the industry.

“This award was such a surprise- and an honor! I am deeply grateful for this recognition. For me, this award signifies more than recognition; it reflects the meaningful connections I have made with my retailers, my vendors, and my OC team. Building these relationships has been a cornerstone of my approach to sales. Every interaction with my retailers has taught me something new about their needs, challenges, and aspirations. These connections, and some now friendships, have not only helped me understand the market better but have also inspired me to improve and innovate continuously. Receiving this award reaffirms my belief in the power of genuine connections and empathy in sales. I am so thankful to everyone who has supported me on this journey. This award is a shared achievement, reflecting our efforts and determination to succeed in this crazy, fun, and competitive industry” said Sydney Woern after receiving her REA award.

The awards ceremony offered a chance for industry members to network and celebrate. Attendees enjoyed a cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, all while dressed in their finest cocktail attire.
