Training

OneCoast believes the success of its Territory Managers is not only based on their own personal drive to succeed but also the company's investment in their training.

All new Territory Managers will attend "OneCoast University," a 4-day sales training session taught by our Sales Leadership Team and key members of the Senior Management Team. The program covers every detail necessary for sales excellence. In addition to OneCoast goals and culture, the technology training necessary to manage a territory most efficiently is taught. In fact, we provide the most comprehensive training in the gift and home décor rep industries.

This session also offers you the opportunity to meet other sales team members from other OneCoast locations to develop lasting relationships.

Mentor Program

When you look back over your career, we're sure you can identify one person who helped guide your path or someone that you could contact whenever you had a question or challenge. OneCoast feels it's important that you have a peer whenever you have a question or a challenging day.

OneCoast has a well-established mentoring program that partners a seasoned Territory Manager with a newly hired Territory Manager.  Selected by Sales Management, the Mentor is someone who understands the business, excels in building relationships with customers and vendors, overcomes obstacles, and has a desire to help the new colleague succeed.

This is just another way that OneCoast ensures the success of a newly hired Territory Manager!

Sales Recognition

OneCoast recognizes individuals in each of our divisions for milestone sales achievements through our Million Dollar Club as well as during our annual Awards celebration.

Weekly Spotlight

Striving for excellence is an important part of doing business the OneCoast Way. OneCoast employees have the opportunity to be recognized as a “Star of the Week” for their overall performance. Individuals are selected by their Regional Sales Manager who uses sales analytics and the individual’s overall approach to their selling success to support their nomination.

Annual Awards Celebration

OneCoast honors employees for their outstanding performance and dedication to the company over the past year during the annual awards celebration at our National Sales & Training meeting. Individuals are recognized in the following categories: Rising Star, Excellence in Division or Department, Territory Manager, Region, and Division of the Year, Living Our Core Values, and Community Service.

Celebrating Employee Life Events

OneCoast loves its employees and enjoys celebrating their life events such as birthdays, milestone work anniversaries, and retirements. Each year, OneCoast employees are given an extra day off for their birthday!

Core Values

OneCoast Core Values are guiding principles in our relationship with customers, vendors, and other employees. Throughout the year, employees recognize their fellow peers by sharing how they demonstrated the OneCoast character and live our core values on a daily basis. Those that receive this recognition are also considered for our annual Core Values Award which is our company’s spirit award that embraces the individual’s character and how they positively impacted and inspired our culture and organization on a consistent basis

Community Service

OneCoast believes in making a difference by giving back to the community. We believe it’s important to inspire others to take action in their communities and coming together as a company without expecting anything in return. One of the ways that we encourage this is by giving all employees two days each year to volunteer with a charitable organization of their choice. Employees are recognized on a monthly basis for the hours they serve.
